A clear next step

We’ll work through it with you.

Start with the parts you know. We can help clarify the rest.

  1. 01

    Share your flight

Add the flight number and local arrival date so your airport pickup can be coordinated around your arrival.

  2. 02

    Enter your Napa address

Use the complete hotel, home or venue address. The city alone does not identify your destination in the valley.

  3. 03

    Review your transfer

Choose airport service, enter the requested information and check the route and quote before reserving.

The details

From arrival hall to wine country

The onward drive is only one part of an airport arrival. You’ll also need time to leave the plane, collect bags and reach the confirmed pickup point. Share the flight number and local arrival date. Your chauffeur manually checks flight status using the number you provide and coordinates the meeting details with you.

Tell us whether you’re headed to Napa, Yountville, St. Helena or another valley address, and enter the complete destination. A full address lets the trip quote and route reflect where you’re actually staying. If your destination is a hotel or rental, including its name alongside the street address can help clarify the plan.

Planning ahead

A direct transfer or a winery day

An airport transfer carries you from SFO to your destination. It does not automatically include a day of winery visits, reserved waiting or a return later in the evening. If you want to stop at wineries after landing, contact BCS before booking so we can talk through how to arrange the airport leg and outing together.

For winery visits, hourly service keeps your chauffeur available during the hours you reserve. Choose wineries and book appointments directly with each venue. BCS provides transportation only, has no winery affiliations and does not arrange winery access or tasting reservations. Winery charges are paid directly to the wineries.

Planning ahead

Planning the trip back

A return to SFO is planned as a separate ride, with its own pickup date and address. Share your airline’s recommended airport arrival time and allow for the drive from Napa Valley and changing traffic. We’ll help you choose a pickup time around the full route. Online reservations begin tomorrow; contact BCS to check whether we can help with a trip today.
