Looking for a black truck with a driver? Your ride is a black full-size SUV reserved for your party with a professional chauffeur. We can arrange an airport transfer, a ride across San Francisco or an hourly itinerary around the Bay Area.

Passengers aged 21 and over can enjoy wine or other alcoholic drinks while we handle the driving, subject to California law. If your group includes anyone under 21, contact BCS about the additional legal requirements before travel.

Tell us whether you need one pickup and destination or a chauffeur available between meetings, dinner or tastings. We can arrange a transfer, hourly service or a scheduled return around your plans.

A smooth pickup

Share your full address, hotel or office entrance and any gate instructions, and we’ll coordinate the pickup. Booking for someone else? Their phone number lets us send pickup messages directly.

For an airport arrival, share the flight number and local arrival date. After collecting your bags, your chauffeur’s meeting instructions will guide the pickup. For a departure, choose your pickup time to allow for the drive and your airline’s recommended airport arrival time.

We’ll get the details in place

The booking review brings together the date, Pacific Time pickup, addresses, stops, passenger count and child-seat request. For a round trip, check the return details too, especially if your flight lands on a different date than it departs.

Online reservations begin tomorrow. For a trip today, special arrangement or itinerary change, contact BCS and we’ll talk it through with you. The cancellation policy is available before you submit. Airport pickups include 45 minutes of waiting from flight landing; waiting beyond this allowance incurs a one-hour waiting charge. For regular, non-airport trips, waiting or a requested pickup delay of more than 30 minutes incurs a one-hour waiting charge.

Can I book a black truck rental with a driver?

Yes. BCS provides our full-size SUV and driver together for airport transfers, direct rides and hourly trips. You’re booking passenger transportation with a chauffeur, not a self-drive truck rental.

Is the vehicle a stretch limousine or a black SUV?

You’ll ride in our full-size SUV with a chauffeur.

Can I reserve a black car taxi for an airport pickup?

Yes. Reserve our private SUV and chauffeur in advance. Share your flight number and destination and we’ll confirm where to meet.

Is this a shared airport shuttle?

No. Your private SUV is reserved for your party. Enter your pickup, destination and the stops you know, with other details in the notes.

Will my passengers and luggage fit in the SUV?

Our full-size SUV provides generous luggage space for airport transfers. For planning, allow approximately six pieces of mixed-size luggage—for example, four large rollers and two carry-ons. Smaller bags can allow more pieces, and folding unused seats creates additional luggage space when the passenger count allows. Seating affects luggage space. Capacity depends on suitcase dimensions and the seating arrangement. Provide your passenger and bag count, and mention bag sizes, strollers or oversized items in the notes. We may contact you if anything needs clarification.

Can I book a San Francisco car service with a child seat?

You can request rear-facing, forward-facing or booster seats; specify the type and quantity. BCS-provided seats carry a charge and are subject to availability. Contact us to confirm availability if a seat is essential to your trip. Include children in the passenger count.

Does an hourly booking include winery reservations or event tickets?

Your booking covers transportation. Winery appointments, tasting fees, restaurant reservations and event tickets are arranged separately with the relevant venues. We’re happy to coordinate the ride around your plans.
