A gentle start in the South Bay

Settle in, then see San Jose

After you arrive at SJC, settle in at your hotel or meeting first. Once you know how much time you have, a museum, garden, or relaxed downtown meal can make a lovely later stop.

  1. Stop 01 Downtown discovery

    The Tech Interactive

Hands-on exhibits invite families and curious adults to explore how technology shapes everyday life, with an IMAX Dome theater for an added stop.

Good to know: The daily calendar has IMAX films and scheduled events that can help set the timing for your visit.

  2. Stop 02 A quiet outdoor break

    San Jose Municipal Rose Garden

The city garden offers a peaceful walk among rose varieties and garden paths when you want time outdoors between downtown plans.

Good to know: Roses are seasonal, with spring and early summer especially colorful. Pair the garden with plans in the Rose Garden neighborhood instead of treating it as a downtown walking stop.

  3. Stop 03 Food and an easy evening

    San Pedro Square Market

Choose from a range of downtown food vendors and settle in for a casual meal, often with live entertainment or other events nearby.

Good to know: The market’s event list and vendor directory can help if there is a particular meal or performance you have in mind.

Flight status, checked for you

Your chauffeur manually checks flight status using the flight number you share. If your arrival plans change, we’ll help coordinate the pickup update.

Your arrival, coordinated

Once you’ve landed and collected your luggage, your chauffeur will stay in touch as you make your way to the agreed meeting point.

Room for your group

Share who’s coming, how many bags you’re bringing and whether you need a child seat. We’ll help make sure the arrangement fits.

The return, taken care of

We can plan your airport arrival and departure together. Each ride has its own date and pickup time, and we’ll help make sure both legs fit your schedule.

How long does the drive to the airport take?

These airport-bound planning estimates already include our extra 10 minutes. Departure times are Pacific. They are sampled Tuesday trips, not live traffic forecasts. Your address, terminal and travel date can change the drive.

Minutes of driving, including the allowance. Google Maps samples for October 13, 2026, checked October 7.

Palo Alto → SJC Terminal B30–3632–5032–5045–100

For a flight departure, work backward from your airline’s recommended terminal-arrival time and use the upper end of the relevant range. Check the route for your actual pickup time. Airport check-in, security and boarding time are separate; traffic incidents can exceed these ranges. Trips from the airport need their own estimates, plus baggage and customs time where applicable.

SJC Terminal A and Terminal B car service pickup points

For Terminal A, SJC lists limousine pickups on the first floor of Hourly Lot 2 outside baggage claim; international arrivals meet at Stop 3 on the garage’s southeast side. Terminal B pickups are in Hourly Lot 5 outside baggage claim.

We’ll confirm your current meeting point before you head out. SJC separates prearranged limousine pickups from app-based rideshare areas; the official airport link below has the latest directions.

Arriving at SJC

When you book, share your flight number and destination with us. Your chauffeur will confirm where to meet at SJC, since prearranged car-service pickups differ from taxi, rideshare and private-car areas.

Airport pickups include 45 minutes of waiting from flight landing. Waiting beyond 45 minutes incurs a $100 one-hour waiting charge.

Take the time you need to leave the aircraft, collect checked luggage and clear customs if applicable. Let your chauffeur know if bags are delayed or your terminal changes, and we’ll coordinate around your readiness and airport access rules.

Getting to SJC for a departure

We’ll help choose a pickup time that works with your airline’s recommended airport arrival, leaving room for the drive, traffic and luggage. Flight departure time alone isn’t the time to leave your address.

Share the full pickup address in San Jose, Sunnyvale, Mountain View or Palo Alto, including hotel or building details, so we can coordinate the ride. If timing is tight or you need a ride today, call us and we’ll talk through what may work. Traffic affects journey times.

SJC to Palo Alto or San Francisco, and the return trip

For an SJC-to-Palo Alto car service, share the full hotel, home or campus address with us. A specific Stanford building or visitor meeting point helps your chauffeur find you. For an SJC-to-San Francisco transfer, we’ll plan around the hotel entrance and time to collect your bags.

For Palo Alto to SJC or San Francisco to SJC, we’ll help choose a pickup time that allows for the full drive and your airline’s recommended airport arrival. If you need waiting time during appointments as part of your airport trip, contact BCS before booking and we’ll talk through the plan.

Frequently asked

Questions, answered.

How do I get a quote for an SJC airport transfer?

Share your SJC route, full addresses and travel date to review a quote before payment. Include your passenger and bag count and any child-seat request so we can confirm the vehicle arrangement.

Can I get an SJC car service from Terminal A or Terminal B?

Yes. Share your terminal and flight details with us. Terminal A, Terminal B and international arrivals use different meeting points, and your chauffeur will confirm the right one after you collect your luggage.

Where will I meet my chauffeur at SJC?

Your chauffeur will confirm the meeting point for your terminal. After collecting your luggage, get in touch before heading out and follow the current SJC signs. We’ll help make the pickup straightforward.

Do you monitor my flight at SJC?

Your chauffeur manually checks flight status using the flight number you share. If your pickup details change, let us know and we’ll help coordinate the update.

Can I reserve an early-morning or late-night airport ride?

Online reservations begin tomorrow. For a trip today, call us and we’ll check availability with you. We recommend arranging early-morning and late-night rides in advance.

Can I bring child seats or extra luggage?

Share your passenger count, bags and child-seat needs and we’ll confirm the vehicle arrangement. Add the child-seat request when booking so we can make sure those details are included.

Can I book the return airport trip too?

Yes. We can arrange a return too. Add its date, pickup location and flight details as a separate leg, and we’ll help bring both rides together.

How much luggage can we bring?

Our full-size SUV provides generous luggage space for airport transfers. For planning, allow approximately six pieces of mixed-size luggage—for example, four large rollers and two carry-ons. Smaller bags can allow more pieces, and folding unused seats creates additional luggage space when the passenger count allows. Seating affects luggage space. Capacity depends on suitcase dimensions and the seating arrangement. Share your passenger count, bag sizes and any strollers or oversized items so we can confirm the arrangement for your trip.

How much waiting time is included?

Airport arrivals include 45 minutes from flight landing, including time spent disembarking and collecting bags or clearing customs. Waiting beyond that allowance incurs a $100 one-hour waiting charge. Regular, non-airport trips have a 30-minute waiting allowance; exceeding it, including a requested pickup delay of more than 30 minutes, incurs a $100 one-hour waiting charge. Please contact us promptly if you are delayed.

Are tolls and airport fees included?

Your confirmation identifies the fare and included charges. The quoted fare includes the tolls and taxes shown on that confirmation. Extra stops, significant route changes, additional waiting and applicable airport access fees can add charges under the booking terms. Review the full quote before payment.

Can we reserve a return trip?

Yes. Add a scheduled return with its own pickup address, date and time. Check each leg separately, especially if a flight lands on a different local date. A direct transfer does not automatically include the ride back or waiting between trips.
